Setup steps:
1. Create a free account at sendgrid.com
2. Go to Settings → API Keys → Create API Key
3. Add to your .env file:
SENDGRID_API_KEY=SG.xxxxxxxx SENDGRID_FROM_EMAIL=you@yourdomain.com 4. Verify your sender domain in SendGrid
5. Restart the server, then use Send Test to confirm
